A total of 9.34 lakh candidates have registered for mains 2020. No. of candidates appearing for it is difficukt to assume though the number of regsiterations have decreased since last year. You shouldn't be worried about how many others are going to appear for it. Rather than thinking about competition focus on your preapration and practice as much as you can.
