Can I admitted into the course ? I have not cleared JEE Min. I have secured 69.6% of marks in +2 Sc.

You can take b.tech course in any of private college but it will be through donation or I should rather say management quota. It will be good if you prepare for next years jee and get  a good government college. And even if would not able to clear jee you can give any state level exam and get a good college through counselling.

If you are not done with JEE then still you are left with plenty of opportunities to get yourself admitted in some finest college in India. Those are like SRM, VIT, BMS, RVR, BITS PILLANI, MANIPAL INSTITUTE, and many other state level college. The above mentioned college do conduct their own set of exam. But frankly speaking those are not as tough as JEE exam is meant . They are relatively easier. Anyone can easily get admission having the basic knowledge. These exams doesn't require hardcore preparation. It can be simply cracked if ones having clear and fundamental basic knowledge. So apart from IIT colleges there are still many college for the guys who could make it up to IIT.
