can i am eligible for neet if i have 39 marks in physics as the eligibility criteria for neet is more then 40% present in 12th for sc / st student but i have the total overall persentage is more then 60 %

It is not individual subject percentage that is taken into consideration while calculating NEET eligibility. You should complete your 12th, pass in all subjects individually and score a minimum aggregate of 40% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology as a Candidate belonging to SC Category. So even with 39 marks in Physics, you have a total aggregate of more than 40% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology, then you are eligible for NEET.
