hey,

the basic eligibility to appear for NEET exam is candidate must have passed their 10+2 from recognized board with the subjects having physics, chemistry and biology and english as core subjects and the candidate who are appearing for 12th examination or equivalent are also eligible for same.

this nothing relates with percentage you have scored but after clearing NEET and taking admission to colleges definitely will.
