If you want to apply for JEE, you have to be at least passed 12th standard or equivalent class. And I think you have not reached class 12th yet. So first complete class 12th. Good luck.

According to the eligibility criteria for this year, a student who completed class 12th in the year 2019, 2020 or the one who will be giving board exams are eligible. Also a candidate can apply for JEE Mains for 3 consecutive years. So, if you cleared your 12th in or before 2019 you will not be eligible for JEE mains. Also still 3 attempts are left so make the most out of it and try your best.
