Definately you can apply for both jee mains paper 1 and also for paper 2.
Paper 1 is used to get admission in BTech courses in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs
Ppaer 2 is used for Barch/Bpalnning in NITs, SPAs
For applying in both, you have to pay fee for both the paper.
