Yes, you can apply for CA.You will have to give CPT exam for which you will have to enroll yourself with ICAI.

Chartered Accountant as course by ICFAI can be underatken with valid score from Commerce stream candidates only.
Candidate needs to appesr for CPT as exam to qualify alongwith HSC exams.
Candidate has to go for fixed africleship with any organization as internship experience to appear for IPCC exams which consists of two sets 1 & 2.
Once a candidate clears both sets, he is elegible for Final CA examination after which he is certified as CA.
A candidate has to simultaneously pursue his B.com degree.
