Will suggest you to check the eligibility rules for JAC Delhi spot round. Please refer to them below:

Who is Eligible for Spot Round Counselling of JAC Delhi 2018?

• The candidates should not have taken up admission till the last round.

• All of those candidates who were not allotted in the previous round of counselling will be eligible for admission.

• Candidates who had forfeited their seats after taking admission before the last date of withdrawal will also be able to apply for the counselling round.

• Registered candidates who were allotted seats in the previous rounds of counselling but the seat was cancelled for some reason will also be eligible for the spot round

Since you have not applied earlier, your chances of participation are less.
