Hello,
Yes, you can definitely apply for jee april session id you didn't apply for january session.
NTA will open the online registration from February 7 to March 7, 2020. The JEE Main 2020 for April session will be conducted from April 3 to 9.

Kindly go through the link given and check whether you are satisfying all the conditions or not. If you see that you are satisfying all the required conditions then you will be eligible to write JEE Main 2020 (April) otherwise not.
