Yes you can apply wbjee through jee mains as well as in Jossa.

I would suggest not to go for Jossa because you get get no college with that rank specially nits of government funded colleges.
But in state counselling you can get some colleges with your choice of branch.
But in state counselling you can get some colleges with your choice of branch.
