Yes, you can definitely apply for jossa counselling. You have good percentage in jee mains. You can probably get a good college under ST quota. Choose the best college based on your interest and your score using college predictor.

JOSAA counselling is open for Jee Mains and Advance candidates. It does not really matter that you apply for Mains 1 or Mains 2 as your final score is declared as the best of the two.
If your score is 84 percentile in Mains 2 and it is the better that Mains 1, then it will be your final score. Your JOSAA counselling will take this score into consideration.
