Can i apply for NCL Certificate ? and How?

On the basis of your parents income , the OBC category of reservation is divided into two - creamy and non creamy layer. If the income is above 8 lakhs , the person falls into creamy layer and lesser than 8 lakhs that is non creamy layer. So you can apply if you fall under this category. You should be a citizen of India , you can also apply if one of your parents atleast is workiing in Group C and Group D of the central government.
If you want to apply for the OBC-NCL certificate offline , then go to the Tehsil Office or Revenue office , fill out the application for caste certificate , sign the self attestation form , submit all the required documents and photographs for verification. After a few days , you will get the certificate.
However if you want to apply it for online, visit your state's society welfare platform and fill out the online application for the caste certificate. Submit all the required data and documents properly. After verification you can download the certificate.
