Hi Aria,
Whatever is stated in the Application form is final and nothing beyond that in terms of category can be claimed later on at the time of admission. This is because ranks are declared based upon the category that one fills in the application form and once result is announced nothing can be claimed. Only option is that you can talk with the concerned department of the NLU in which you are willing to take admission. They will let you know if it is possible or not.
