Can I apply in 85% management quota paid in Karnataka & Uttarakhand with Punjab domicile

Coming to your point there us only 15% reservation for all India in any colleges remaining 85% is for their state persons..being a non resident of the state you have 2options like firstly u should go to 15% quota management and secondly you can just go for an NRI seat through a NRI representative and purchase the seat. This can be applicable for all the states....
