You can apply for JEE Mains and Advanced with a NIOS boards marksheet. You must score 75 percentage overall with Physics, Chemistry and Maths subjects included. It is as valid as certificates of other boards like state boards and CBSE. For appearing in JEE Advanced, you must clear JEE Mains cutoff.
