sir/Madam, While filling application form for neet exam original 10th marks card should scan or we can scan Xerox copy of 10th marks card, why means i am studying BDS i gave my 10th and 12th certificate in university i have only Xerox copies hence is it possible to scan Xerox copies??

No you cannot apply with scanning the xerox copy of 10th marksheet, they have mentioned that you cannot use scanned and xerox copies. And if you have lost your 10th marksheet you must apply for issuing a duplicate certificate from the concerned board. You will have to fill details according to your tenth certificate.
