Can I apply to different colleges for same course if I meet their cut off.

You can apply at both colleges for admission but once you go for admission into the college, most colleges ask for keeping your certificates and you would not be able to get into some other college without the original certificates. And it is not practical to get admission into two different colleges since you can't do two colleges at the same time, you would have to maintain attendance at both. So, decide which college is best and get the admission cancelled in the other college. All the best.
