No you have no chance to be eligible for the NEET counselling because from the past year trends even if you are a SC/ST student then also you need 113 marks in order to be eligible for the counselling. But with 80 marks its not possible for you to get the opportunity to sit in counselling although you should try. Such things also depend on the density of marks which usually fluctuates every year.
