Yes, you are eligible to apply for UGC NET with Environmental Science After your MSc Microbiology. But you should must fulfill other basic qualifications of the exam. To apply for the exam, you have to score at least 55% aggregate marks for General category or 50% aggregate marks for OBC/SC/ST/PwD/Transgender category in the post-graduation. According to the NET exam guidelines, you can apply for the exam in the subject which you had in post-graduation or related to that.
