Can I be transfered from a private self financing eng. College to a govt. College after 1st year ? ( in Kerala)

Hello Shinas, i am very sorry to say you that you can not change private self funding college to government college after 1 year. The only way is to drop-out from the private college and you will freshly start your studies in the government college.
