Hello student. Yes you can. Take mpc in intermediate. This would be the first step. After that you need a graduation degree from a college. so that you would be eligible to attend civil services examination. After graduation, you can prepare for civil services. There in the application form, give your preference service as IPS indian police service.
Upon clearing 3 stages of process like, prelims, mains and interview, you will reach your goal.
