I will suggest you to not bring any photo copy of your any documents. It will be better and convenient for both you and Invisilator so that your exam conducted smoothly. They will just see your PWD certificate and after checking it they will return it to you. So don't worry about anything, just focus on your revision.

Dear aspirant;
You will have to carry the original PWD certificate to the exam hall to avail any such facilities designated for PWD candidates. So, you should carry the original PWD certificate to the exam Hall along with your aadhar card. Every candidate has to take aadhar card with them to the exam center.
Considering all this it would be the only option for you to carry your original PWD certificate.
