Can I change Addmission After 1st year or completing BCS ??

You can switch colleges and enroll in a different stream via that institution, but you'll have to restart your studies in first year.

However, if you choose to stick with your BSc. You'll need to discuss the new institution in this case since, even if it is far superior to your old college, I doubt they will take your first year into account. However, if it is comparable to your former institution or adheres to the same curriculum code (which varies per university), they will take your first year into account.
