    Sorry but you cannot make change in category after your final submission of application form. You should have chosen it correctly. But there is no possibility to change now. If you have applied through other than general category then you will be asked to show category certificate and if you fail so then you will be considered for general with clearing all cut offs as per general. And if selected general then you will not be considered to another.

    Please goes through gate 2019 IITM website. In IITM they will provide another chance to change category after results. But what about IIT Delhi??.

    No, you can not change your category after GATE results.

    You should have have changed the category when the correction window for GATE was open.

    hi,

    see its not possible to change category after declaration of  gate results, your rank and qualifying marks will be calculated as per your category.
