Do you mean you want to make changes in paper 2 from paper 1.so if it was vary then you will face problem during counselling in colleges here it's ok you can upload and other things you will get the result whichever is good you will be with that but during counselling the changes you make they need proof for that , so be ok with that be ready with that and that's it you can make changes yeah.
