Most of all college allow branch change in first year dnd but you need really high cgpa.

You can go ahead and change for sure, but there's a catch, other branches should yave adequate vacancy and you need good marks to compete over others and quality for same.

Yes, you can change your branch but for that you need to take care of 2. Those are you need to get good percentage and there need to have some vacancies in your expected transfer group.

Yes you can if college permits you to do so as from secind year many diploma students enter directly so as per vacancy you can be allowed depending on College norms.
