Can I change my caste by mistakely filled in the application form and edit the form after the payment in made.

No, you can not. There are some chances to edit application forms before payement but after getting payement done, there is no way to make changes, the only you can do is to wait for correction window to open, if there is such facility in the entrance exam for which you are filling the application form for. Or else you can contact official portal with email. Hope the information help you.
