hello aspirant,
basically , when the process of admission goes on, you need to submit the caste certificate because it is one factor that decides what seat will you be getting in the college.
now, after you have joined the college or after the submission of the form, there's a very slight chance for the change .
you can ask the college office for this, they will help you more accurately.
