Can I change my caste from OBC to general in the jee main phase 4 correction time(i.e.from 9-12july) as belong to WEST BENGAL OBC ncl,but the govt offices there are saying that OBC certificate is not renewed.(I have already applied for 4 phases together in OBC category during form fill up time).

Yes of course you can do so but make sure to renew your certificate before the counselling and for now if you don't have valid OBC certificate then you can submit the undertaking which declares that you will submit the original and valid caste certificate later on at the time of admission. You can download the undertaking from the official portal of NTA, for which link is also given below :-

When you visit on the above link you will find a PDF and on page no.9 there is undertaking format which you have to download and after filling it you have to upload it on the place of category certificate in the JEE-Main 2021 Application form.

Note that you have to finalize your application form by July 8th for JEE-Main session-3 and from July 9th-12th for JEE-Main session-4.
