Can I change my catogery and sub catogery in 2nd counselling in upsee

Hello,
No you can't change the category or sub category if once you have successfully registered for the counselling and now the the 1st round counselling has also started and the seats filling choices is also locked, no chance of changing the category or subcategory.
This could only be changed at the time of registration so go with the category you have filled earlier.
