To answer your question yes, JEE provides an option to change the exam center cities. You can change the city during the opening of application window for the April session.
Follow the steps given:
Go to the official website (jeemain.nta.nic.in)
Click on the application form correction link
Candidates will have to enter their JEE Main application form number and password.
Click on ‘Sign In’
Go to ‘Correction in Application Form’
After this you can change the cities and submit it.
