According to the rules you cannot change the priority order which you had set before the josaa counselling but only after all the 7 rounds when you get alloted with no seats into any college of your preferrence then during spot round you can change your priority order for colleges.

No, you cannot change your choices after every round. You have to fill choice once and lock it. The choice will not change till seventh round of counselling. You can give fresh choice during CSAB counselling.
