Can I change my choices for round 2 as no seat allocation in jossa2019

Hello there. No you can't change your choice once they have been locked. In JOSSA you got chance to fill your choice just in starting and after that they are locked and no changes can be made in them.

And no need to worry since their gonna be 7 rounds so wait till the last.
