I am extremely sorry to tell you but you cannot change gender or any other details in jee main application form.

This year there's no correction window.

But yes,

Mistake in gender shouldn't be a big issue. Still I would suggest you to contact NTA once regarding it.

practising chapterwise questions
then revising the chapters,

solve at least previous 10 year jee main question papers as concept behind the question often gets repeated in the examination so it will be of great help in your preparation ,
