Exam centre can't be changed now if you have submitted your jee advanced application form under any circumstances.

As per your question it is not possible to change the examination center once it is filled in the preferences of centers while filling the application form.
You need to go to that center only to give the examination otherwise you will not be able to give the exam.
So, adjust with the centre as the exam has to be given only once so adjust with it.
