Greetings aspirant,
You cannot change anything in the application form once it is downloaded. You can only make corrections in your form if there is a correction window made available by the GUJCAT governing authorities. I suggest you to check GUJCAT official website to see if there has been or going to be a correction window to make changes in application form. Good luck.
