can i change my politacnic college

Yeah! You can change your polytechnic if the council under which you are doing the course allows you to do so. For example, in Westbengal Technical Education council, a student studying in a Government college can transfer himself/herself to another Government college in the next year. So this can be done in West Bengal. So you need to know that if your council also have such kind of rules for transfer.

Now if you are in private college, then you may have to cancel your admission and take new admission in anyother college(this is ingeneral the same for all private colleges).
