can I change registration details after paying fees

Hey,
As you have not mentioned the name of the exam for which you need this information so that makes it a bit difficult for me to answer accordingly.
Although in every form after the fees payment you get the feature to download your acknowledgement slip for your complete registration process.
There should be print or download option at the upper right corner of your interface. Click on that interface and you will get your registration form downloaded.
If you want more accurate information then let me know the name of the exam you have applied for.
