Can I change the exam center for JEE mains 2019? If yes, how and when?

No correction window is available for jee 2019..

Yes exam centres can be changed in correctuon window which shall open from 8th to 14th October 2018 .
Login to your application form in prescribed time frame and click on edit application form.
Make all necessary chanves and submit it successfully and take sufficient printouts for reference.
