Hey,
Kindly mention the name of the entrance examination you are referring to so that I can help you better. See, generally the exam centers once selected cannot be changed. In most of the entrance tests, you are given the option of selecting more than one centres, out of which one is selected by the examination committee. However, it varies for different entrance tests.
