Yes, if you want to participate in second phase counselling you will have to exercise fresh web options in the online web option entry form. Depending on your preferences of college/branch, rank in AP EAMCET, category, seat availability, cut off rank and local area you will be allotted a seat in a college. Candidates who haven't secured seat in first phase, who are seeking admission in better college or branch, who haven't participated in first phase counselling are eligible to participate in second phase counselling.
