can i change university from pune to delhi and take admission in gargi college

hi,
see you did not mention which course you are now pursuing, however you should know that most of the colleges does not offer admission in middle of any course, some times college migration is accepted if the two colleges is under same university. now you may have to take admission from first year. I suggest you to contact with college authority for details about admission process and its availability in middle of the course.
