Yes to the different exam centre for JEE advanced and even in a different state from JEE Main. This is a very common practice and a large number of students do this. Usually students prefer to take exam centre in the city of their coachings for example Kota or Kanpur or Delhi but for JEE advanced usually people prefer going back to their homes so you can choose the examination centre of your choice while filling the form of JEE advance.
