can I choose EWS category in April jeemains by same registration Or should fill other registration form. although I was from general category in jeemains January.

You can select EWS as your Category with the same details that you filled in for January session. That is ok. You needn't go for a new registration. EWS reservation is a reservation for Candidates belonging to General Category but whose annual income is less than 8 lakhs per annum. So if you have the required documents, you can fill in your Category as EWS.
