You can definitely choose the exam centre for your bcece exam.

hey,
yes exam centres will be allotted as per your choices and seat availability but after choosing your exam centre , no change will be entertained in BCECE exam centre , your exam centre will be written in your admit card , question paper will be in both languages hindi and english , also you will not be allowed to carry calculator or any book inside BCECE exam centre
