I got 22800 rank in jee and 2820 in EWS category. Can I get core branches in top 5 NITs by my EWS reservation. especially in NIT Warangal? My home state is Telangana

It depends on your college, as to which subjects are considered for the aggregate. Some of the ask for PCM only whereas others ask for all subjects. Please get in touch with your college for more details.
