Yes you can correct your district name in the application form of jee mains 2018.You can do any correction in the month of january when there will be a link given on their website for correction.Please keep visiting their website regularly:

Yes in the month of january around... CBSE gives you another chance to rectify the errors.
You can correct at that time.You just have to keep your eye on the official website of JEE
