Seventeen months is good enough a time to prepare for the JEE entrance exam. With the right kind of stratgey and planning, focus, you can crack the JEE entrance exam.
Prepare a time table and make sure that you adhere to it. Solve as many questions as possible. This will help you to identify the weak and strong areas.
During these seventeen months you will be able to prepare well for the IIT JEE entrance exam. However, you have to be very very focussed and determined.
