Yes,
There are many counselling done on the basis of JEE score besides JOSSA and all of them are state counselling. As most of the state conducts there own counselling for their engineering colleges according to the JEE mains score.
And other option is that you can take admission in some good colleges with there own counselling and all these colleges mostly are privates like Thapar, JIIT, SRM, Amrita, KIIT, etc.
But you can't get IIT, NIT, IIIT, GFTI without JOSSA or CSAB counselling.
