Yes, you can pursue BA even with years gap after 12th, just check out eligibility criteria of the concerned college, there are certain college which do put restrictions in terms of applying after a certain period of time, so it varies, you can also pursue BA through distance mode, application forms are available for both IGNOU and DU SOL.

Hello,
You can do BA after 3-4 years of pursuing 12th. And you can join any college according to your percentage. The gap 3 or 4 years won't affect your eligibility.
